WAX FILE
Swiss Pattern (meaning Swiss specification) Wax file; a precision file
without tang Half Round in shape, double ended tapers in thickness
and width from shoulder (center) to point, double cut on both sides.
One side is coarser than the other. Used for removing stock on flat
surfaces as well as enlarging holes in soft materials such as plastics.
Sometimes called a Plastic File, or Half round Double-Ender, or Optical File.
