FLAT FOUNDRY FILE
Used in foundries for filing slag of sandstone off a ‘tree’ of products coming
from a cast. It is the same as a 14″ Flat file in every respect except it is
much more coarse. Other files used for foundry work are Tungsten Carbide
Core Files.
